Secure child attendance tracking (check-in/check-out)
Parent notification alerts
Billing & payment reminders
Secure authentication login codes
Administrative messaging
Record management for childcare operations
The Platform is intended for authorized childcare providers, parents, & guardians.

2. Account Registration & Security
Users must:
Provide accurate & current information
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. SMS Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from ToDays Kidz Simple Sign-In for operational and transactional purposes.
Program Description
Messages may include:
Child check-in/check-out alerts
Billing & payment notifications
Secure login authentication codes
Urgent administrative updates
Consent & Opt-In
Consent is obtained through our secure enrollment portal or SMS keyword opt-in.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Only authorized parents/guardians may opt in.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity and childcare enrollment status.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.
Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
You will receive confirmation of your opt-out request. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.

4. Payments & Billing
If applicable, users agree:

5. Acceptable Use

8. Service Availability

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
